In this module, one of the purpose of this module is to enhance the skill by translating ideas to physical models. With further explanation, there are benefits that can be obtain from this module . With further deep exploration and developments are one of the main solutions in designing, it helps to improvise some ideas that were implemented through response and feedbacks.
In the first assignment, the task was focusing towards design elements and principles. Drawing tattoo stamps and translating it to a physical model was part of the of the objective. This give ideas on making models on what visual perception that can be observe while translating into 3d models. Furthermore in assignment 2, the task were to study on the body anthropometric and ergonomic exploration. In further details, studying on own physical body that match with physical emotions and thus translate it into a 1:1 scale structure within dimensions. For the last assignment, it was based on space and sensory exploration and translate it into a physical model. Emphasizing on model based on ideations from feelings and emotions were to be made in smaller scale upon bigger structure of presented ideas. Details in materiality and dimensions of drawings are to be considered.
In conclusion, I personally thought this would benefit me from seeing bigger perspective when obtaining criticism and response. This amplifies the ability in developing further with the given tasks. From perception of expressed thoughts and emotions and translate it into physical model or structure would give an idea on what other people perceive and observe, The TGC that can be obtain from this module would be citizenship and global perspective.
